Intro to Ballet

This introductory recreational ballet class opens the world of dance to children who want to explore the grace and movement of ballet. students will practice skills and learn choreographed dance routines.

Ages: Ballet 5 -  8
Days: Tuesdays
Time: Ballet 5:30 - 6:15pm

RADICAL ROBOTS - Ages 6-12 - July 28- Aug 1, 9AM - 12PM
Dive into circuits, explore the electrifying world of robots, and discover their everyday applications. From gear challenges to building your own robots, this week-long experience is a hands-on journey into the exciting intersection of circuits, technology, and real-life robotics. Unleash creativity, master circuit science, and design your robot masterpiece at this electrifying summer camp! 

DETECTIVE MADNESS - Ages 6-12  July 28- Aug 1, 1PM - 4PM
Like to solve mysteries? Crack the case? You will step into the shoes of a real detective. Use science to uncover evidence and analyze the hidden secrets of a case. Put cool sleuthing tools and proven forensic techniques to work and unravel mysteries that would stump even Sherlock Holmes! Ok, well maybe they would fool your brother. But they’d be CRAZY to think they can fool Detective You!

MAD LAB - Ages 6-12, Aug 4-8, 9AM - 12PM
Come to the Mad Lab and go scientifically bonkers with a super cool variety of science topics. In Radical Reactions you’ll create gases, control chemical reactions and even generate power - with chemicals! In Chemical Counting you’ll see awesome chemical magic, build model molecules and electroplate coins! In Cell City you’ll build models of the inner machinery of cells, unravel DNA and break a secret code. In Birds and the Beasts you’ll examine bugs and birds and even what they just ate - yuck! In Organ Trail you’ll learn about the amazing YOU from the inside out - from bones to brains to heart and lungs and more!

CRAZY CHEMWORKS - Ages 6-12,   Aug 4-8, 1PM - 4PM
Get ready to lose your mind in the vast and exciting world of chemistry! This camp is full of reactions, observations, solutions, suspensions, explosions, concoctions, perplexions, digestions, reflections, and Dalmatians (kidding), just to name a few! You will challenge your friends in the labware game, combat evaporation, be amazed at the awesome power of glue technology and trigger some shocking chemical reactions. You’ll snoop out counterfeit money, launch chemical explosions (not TOO big) and learn how and why the chemical world works. So dive into our fantastically fun pool of chemical experimentation! Just don’t mix this one with that one or you might blow up the universe!

Elementary Drawing Workshop – Coconuts and Crowns: A Polynesian Adventure
Discover the beauty of Polynesia through drawing! In this 5-day workshop, children will create original characters like a spirited island girl and cheeky coconut creatures, as well as traditional Polynesian flower crowns. Artists will also illustrate breathtaking ocean scenes with Waʻa Kaulua boats and the serene landscapes of island huts and native plants. This workshop blends realism with cartoons, using vibrant no-mess materials like colored pencils and markers. Let the islands inspire your young artist!

Elementary Drawing Workshop – Favorite Apps and Video Games
Art is all around us, including on phones and online! Join Young Rembrandts for a workshop mimicking the amazing imagery of our Favorite Apps and Video Games! Every day students will learn new illustration and coloring techniques inspired by popular video games. Artwork is inspired by pixel block characters, plants, zombies and many more classic apps and games. If your child loves to game or draw, they’ll have a blast putting their own personal touches on some of these favorites! Register your special gaming artist today! 

July 14th-18th
Elementary Pastel Drawing Workshop – World of Dinosaurs
Travel back in time to the land of the lost. Join Young Rembrandts for a workshop celebrating a favorite topic - dinosaurs! Every day students will learn to use pastels to create impressive and frame-worthy art. Artists will draw and color different types of dinosaurs in varying artistic styles ranging from realism, graphic and cartoon. Perfect for boys or girls who love the ancient world of big lizards! 

July 21st -25th
Elementary Drawing Workshop – Monsters, Creatures, and Creeps
Laugh-out-loud funny! Mind-bendingly-creepy! Eerie-but-exciting! If your child is a fan of creepy, crawly monsters, this Summer Art workshop is the perfect fit. Over the course of five days, your child will learn to draw and cartoon a variety of characters and complete a large composition using pastels. They will learn to draw monsters of all shapes, sizes and colors. If we can imagine it, we’ll draw it! 

Ages: 6 - 12

Date: June 9th-13th, June 23rd-27th, July 14th-18, July 21st-25
